Here at L.L.Bean, we’re recognizing our 100th Anniversary with a series of yearlong celebrations. One of our favorites is the Get Out(fitted) Gear Giveaway, a program to give away L.L.Bean gear every day in 2012, for a total of 366 lucky recipients.
Once a winner is selected, a team of L.L.Bean customer service representatives, known as Product Support Specialists, speak to the winner, helping them choose the appropriate gear for their next adventure. These talented employees are outdoor enthusiasts and L.L.Bean gear experts who will offer their recommendations to the giveaway recipients.
Last week our 100th Get Out(fitted) Gear Giveaway winner, Andrew C. of Everett, Washington, called to claim his gear package. In the video below, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the call, as well as a chance to meet a few of our talented Product Support Specialists like Van and Craig. They’re the voice of L.L.Bean, and they love what they do.
