L.L.Bean earned the highest possible rating in the Stella Monthly Benchmarks report, an objective evaluation of customer service performance across phone, email, shipping and returns. According to their report, our “consistent, top-notch service bested all other retailers.”
The 2013 ForeSeeExperience Index polled more than 67,600 customers about their satisfaction with the 100 biggest U.S. retailers. Out of all those household names, L.L.Bean came out on top. (We’re pleased to share the #1 spot with Amazon. It’s a jungle out there, but there’s plenty of room at the top for companies who are doing it right.)
