Too bad the gifts that I ordered for Christmas, which were guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, didn’t arrive….they still haven’t made it here on the day AFTER Christmas.

    LL Bean + UPS = Grinches :-(

Hi Harold, I’m sorry your order has not arrived as expected. Circumstances outside of our control have impacted delivery schedules and I sincerely apologize.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this in greater detail with you. Please email your contact information to me at ask@llbean.com. Thank you for your understanding. ^LB

I am currently awaiting my 3rd pair of the Signature Skinny Jeans. Thanks so much for such a great product! Perfect fit and amazing fabric. Now, as our current temps here in Maine are single digits, I’d like to see the Skinny Jean offered Lined (fleece preferable, but flannel would do). What a joy it would be to face Maine winters fashionably & warm! Please keep me posted and Happy New Year to everyone at LL Bean!

Hi Pamela – Great to hear you love our Signature Skinny Jeans. I’ll be sure to share your request for a lined version with our product developers. Best, ^LB

Aw you’re LUCKY Harold…. I knew what I was getting from LL Bean about 3 weeks ago.

WHY? Well because LL Bean started saturating my iPad with pop up Ads. It was obvious my wife was shopping here. But STUPID STUPID STUPID Social Media is too damn intrusive to realize that these ads are ruining things for many. Funny we laugh about it because she knew she was getting a new camera from all the Canon ads on her.

The problem is these ads are directed to an IP address, and since we both use our own iPads to shop etc., but all the cookies pointed to our single IP address. So idiots like LL Bean and Canon are ruining everything about Christmas and surprising family members.

So congratulations LL Bean… you’re using social media to make people hate you! Brilliant Marketing!

Hi Bob – Thanks for sharing your comments and I apologize if you found our re-targeted ads intrusive. I’ll be sure to share your feedback with our advertising team. Best, ^LB
