Join us July 4-6 for our annual 10K Road Race and Fun Run, free concerts, and more special events and activities for the whole family. L.L.Bean 10K Road Race and Fun Run
7:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.
On your mark, get set – go! Start your Independence Day with our 36th Annual Road Race and Family Fun Run. Proceeds support Casco Bay YMCA Youth Programs.
Free Concert – Matt Nathanson
Relax after a day of running, shopping and sunshine with a free concert at Discovery Park on our flagship campus. Massachusetts native Matt Nathanson, whose new album “Last of the Great Pretenders” will be released on July 16, will be performing his unique blend of folk and rock music for the crowd.
Cap off the evening with a gorgeous display of fireworks high above Freeport.

Free Kids’ Concerts and Entertainment
What better way to spend a day of summer vacation than dancing, laughing and enjoying the weather outdoors? All afternoon we’ll be featuring concerts and entertainment specifically for kids and families, including performances by AudioBody, Yo-Yo People, David Wax Museum, The Pop Ups and Justin Roberts & The Not Ready for Naptime Players.

Free Concerts – Maine Favorites
Wrap up the holiday weekend with an evening of concerts from some of our favorite musicians – artists based right here in Maine! Amy Allen, Pete Kilpatrick Band and Endless Interstate will be performing in Discovery Park in front of the sunset.
