There’s a Bootmobile in My Driveway!

L.L.Bean customers are used to seeing the UPS truck delivering their L.L.Bean packages, so it must have been a big surprise to one customer when the Bootmobile pulled into his driveway with a special delivery.

David P. entered our Gear Giveaway on behalf of his wife. The couple goes hiking together often, so much so that on a recent hike in Anza Borrego Desert State Park, she blew the sole of her hiking boot. David’s gear wish was for his wife to have the right gear for their next outdoor adventure.

 

His entry on behalf of a loved one put us in the holiday spirit—and we decided to make his gear delivery an extra-special one.
